I. Change shipping address

If you need to change the shipping address before your order is shipped, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your selling account.

2. Access the "Orders" section in your shop profile.

3. Find the order you want to modify and select the "Change shipping address" option.

4. Enter the new address and confirm the changes.

Note: If the order has already been shipped, changing the address may not be available.

II. Shipment tracking

To track the delivery status of all orders, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your selling account.

2. Access the "Orders" section in your shopprofile.

3. Find the order you want to track and select the "Track shipment" option.

4. You will be provided with a tracking number to check on the carrier's website. Click on the provided link to accurately track the delivery status.

Note: The update time for the delivery status may depend on the shipping carrier and could take a few hours or days.
