How to download mobile apps
Take your shop on the go with the mobile apps. Follow these simple steps to download and install the app on your mobile device:
For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
Open the App Store on your iOS device.
In the search bar, type the app name (ex: Shopee, Mercari,…) and press Enter.
Locate the seller app in the search results.
Tap the download button (cloud icon with arrow) to install the app.
For Android devices:
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
In the search bar, type the app name (ex: Shopee, Mercari,…) and press Enter.
Find the seller app in the search results.
Tap the Install button to download and install the app.
After installation:
Open your app.
Log in using your seller account credentials.
Access your shop dashboard and manage your listings on the go.
With the mobile app, you can stay connected with your shop and respond to customer inquiries anytime, anywhere.
